Omaha poker can be played either as a “high only” game or as a split-pot “high-low” game.  Omaha can also be played as a fixed limit game or a pot-limit game.  When it was first introduced back in the early 1980s, it was sometimes played as a no-limit game, but that version of Omaha is essentially non-existent today.
